On a planet where solar UV radiation levels spell death for all but the hardiest of creatures, corporate enclaves carry on their business darkly underground leaving their poorer cousins to fry and die in the world above. Almost all corporations have banned POWERSLIDE competition and arrest anyone caught competing. Only Nutopia allows a race on corporation controlled property in a bid to develope and test their radical new engine technologies ahead of their rivals.
